Please clarify: Where is your tb? Is it in the lungs or were you diagnosed with latent TB by a skin test?

Need evaluation: The occurrence of enlarging lymph nodes while on therapy for TB is an important concern and will need further evaluation to determine if TB has spread to ln and whether current treatment regimen is effective (especially if drug resistant form of tb). Please talk to your doctor for further evaluation and testing.
