See a hand surgeon: You may have done no significant damage and are just stiff, or you may have cut a tendon or nerve. The only way to make sure is to see a hand surgeon for an examination. As the injury is two weeks old, the sooner the better. Good luck!

Need surgery: You say the wound is "closed"- presumably closed. You are unable o move it, which imlies that the tendon was cut or caught in scar tissue. You should see a hand surgeon, the sooner the better.
