My left thumb, specifically the bone or flesh in middle part, is painful 2 weeks ago and now it's swollen for almost 4days that i cant extend it or move it in some direction and it hurts when i try to pinch it.. there is redness in the painful area.?

A red, swollen, painful thumb is concerning for infection. Please see a physician as soon as possible and have it assessed and treated. Do not ignore it!
