See a ;hysician: Your cough is unlikely to be associated with your celiac disease. Prolonged cough may be due to post nasal drip, asthma or aspiration of acid because of acid reflux. These are teh commonest causes. The treatment of the cough needs to be determined by its cause. See your physician asap.
