Carpal tunnel: Use a wrist support which is a over the counter device you can buy. You also can take Aspirin or Aspirin like anti-inflammatory medications with precautions. If they fail, then see pcp.

Likely carpal tunnel: Night time numbness and tingling is common of carpal tunnel. Nonsteroidal antiinflammatories are appropriate if tolerated, and a night-time wrist splint can also relieve symptoms. If they persist, best to be evaluated by an orthopaedic or hand specialist.
