Absolutely can do: Local anesthetic on both sides is only a mild and relatively short-lived irritant. Most dentists will consider the patient's needs and weigh them against intangible considerations, like the number of times one must get out of work or the length of the commute to and from the office. Discuss with dentist: It seems possible, but the dentist would need to schedule a longer appointment to have this done. The injections needed would naturally be increased in order to cover the areas where the teeth are located.
