No, laser wont' help: Dark circles under your eyes is due to pigmentation or dilated blood vessels, often associated with stuffy nose. The latter may improve with oral decongestants or inhaled nasal steroids. Hydroquinone, applied topically may lighten the dark circles from pigmentation. Chemical peels may also help, but may also provide no help. Go see a dermatologist who provides laser treatments and skin care produc.
