Yes: Composite fillings stain very little. Composite fillings can stain over the years but no more than your regular teeth.

Yes.: Composite fillings will stain over time. Unless you are going to completely stop drinking coffee, it is ok.

Yes, you can: Tea, coffee, red wine and fruits will contribute to the staining, but superficial extrinsic stains are minor and can be removed with brushing,flossing and prophylactic dental cleaning.
