Will it be okay to drink the night before getting a dental filling?

In moderation: Alcohol in excess can interfere with the effectiveness of local anesthetic. If you drink too much you may have trouble getting completely numb for your procedure.

Absolutely!: The only contra-indication would be if you were getting sedated for the procedure the following day.
