If not urgent: It is generally best to minimize the amount of work done while pregnant unless it is urgent. It also depends on which trimester you are in. If there is an infection/pain then it should be attended to but only with local anesthesia. After delivery you would have several choices regarding the type of anesthesia and you wouldn't have to be as concerned with the post op medications that you may need.

Check w/ OB: Sometimes wisdom teeth can get infected which could be dangerous during pregnancy. Discuss the risks with your dentist as well as your ob. Having proper hygiene specially during pregnancy could reduce your chances of infection.
