Impacted tooth: Sounds like you waited too long and it has finally caught up to you. You might get some relief from an antibiotic and anti inflammatory although i've seen multiple infected teeth not respond to simple antibiotics. These infections are often of a type that nothing shy of extraction gets you much relief. Incision and drainage can help but you'll have to see a doctor anyways. Sorry.
