Yes: It certainly is possible but there are other etiologies as well. Best plan would be to get to a dentist for an evaluation of both the TMJ and wisdom teeth to see if any symptoms are explained by 0bserved pathology.

Yes and maybe.: Absolutely. It is possible that your teeth are moving which will affect your occlusion. An imbalanced occlusion can lead to muscle and joint issues that can result in long term pain including tmd and headaches.

Not really: Let us now and forever decouple the notion that wisdom tooth eruption causes crowding, it does not! very rare instances where wisdom teeth would have an effect on tmd (beyond scope of 400 characters). I would venture to guess, the vast majority of transitory tmd related to wisdom teeth would be in their removal. Prolonged or over opening causes this. Called trismus, it soon goes away.

Yes, many patients w: Wisdom teeth that are erupted into the mouth can have bite issues which can correlate with TMJ problems. Exam and occlusal analysis can confirm this. I have extracted third molars many times over 30 years due to malocclusion.

Questionable: The poor wisdom teeth get blamed for so much tat goes worn, and often it's just coincidence. That said, if wisdom teeth are problematic they should be removed.

TMJ no: Sometimes wisdom teeth can push your other teeth out of position (controversial). TMJ and wisdom teeth can have overlapping symptoms but not related causally.
