Wrist arthroscopy: Depending upon the operation done your surgeon will have certain do s and don'ts. For example after a diagnostic scope perhaps you will move right away but after a reconstruction of a ligament or cartilage you will be immobilized. Talk to your surgeon but gentle finger motion, elevation and ice are generally used initially. Follwed by motion and therapy as needed.

Wrist arthroscopy: Wrist arthroscopy is done for either diagnostic or therapeutic purposes or both. So, much of the answer here would depend on the focus and outcome of the arthroscopy. If there is something that needs to heal, you will need to allow for that healing. Best to speak to the doctor performing the arthroscopy for the specifics of your case. Good luck.
