Wrist A,scopy: The swelling may take a week to resolve completely you should be concerned if your pain is increased, redness appears , it gets hot or you are running fever.

Wrist arthroscopy: Can be associated with swelling that may last a few days, weeks or more depending what the issue is and what is done. If swelling increases after going down it may be simply, due to activity, change in attention to elevation, stopping icing the wrist but make sure an infection or other issue os not the cause. There is no substitute for speaking to your surgeon or the office for better info.
