I've had a sore throat, lump sensation, spasm sensation for almost 3 months (on & off). prolly not a virus. i do have allergies, and slight reflux.?

Likely reflux: If the lump and spasm feels like it is in the throat, it is most likely reflux. Food allergy can give these symptoms as well but typically there is an identifiable food trigger. In the absence of this, i would recommend evaluation for reflux.
