See your PMD: They will be able to help diagnose you and advise you on the correct treatment. This could be something such as cerumen (ear wax) that responds well to over the counter treatments or a fluid collection that is also easy to treat. Alternatively, this could be an inner ear or conduction problem that requires the expertise of an ENT surgeon. Your pmd will help determine if you need to see a specialist.

It depends....: On a number of things. Healing time will be affected by concomitant injuries, the conditions of the soft tissues about your ankle and the character and severity of the ankle fracture. Speak with your orthopedic surgeon to get a better idea when return to activity will be possible.
