Otitis, see doctor: Clearly you have otitis externa, i.e. infection of the ear canal; and with impaired hearing, there's a good chance the infection also is inside the eardrum, i.e. otitits media involving the middle ear. This needs a doctor's care for diagnosis and probably an antibiotic prescription. Do it ASAP; delay could result in permanently reduced hearing.
