What kind of "bumps": 4 instance u can take non-drowsiness producing antihistamines if these r allergic urticarial bumps. Antibiotics if acne bumps. But u need to have a dr see your "bumps" to correctly diagnose pathology & cause. Then dr. Can correctly advise. Most antibiotics, if indicated, can be taken orally.
