Last year had unprotected oral. i took two separate antibiotics in case of sti. on day 6 after, i noticed lots of smegma, on day 7 one large white bump on inside of foreskin. gave self valcyclovir and it disappeared in 1.5 days. hsv or yeast likely?

Hard to know: With so much unguided self treatment going on it is hard to speculate what if anything is present given the vague description. HSV would not appear that way. If it bothers you have someone examine the process & guide further Rx if needed.
