Knees lock: Likely meniscal tear. Consider loose body, synovitis, or impinging inflamed tissue.

Possible meniscus.: You may have a meniscus tear with the locking symptoms. It could just be the tracking of the kneecap also. See a non-surgical sports medicine doctor for diagnosis.
