Get it evaluated: Unfortunately what you are suffering from are called mechanical symptoms associated with the meniscus flap getting caught in the joint. There is poor blood supply to the meniscus therefore there is a low probability that it will heal on its own. Therefore i suggest an evaluation with an orthopedist to discuss possible options to treat the meniscus tear.
