Polyarthralgia: Pain in multiple joints indicates a systemic problem and could be inflammatory or immune system related. It should be investigated. I recommend you see your doctor.

Get checked: There are multiple potential causes, but if the pain is that bad i would definitely be seen as soon as possible. A detailed history, exam and appropriate lab tests can almost certainly determine the cause. Thank you for the question.
