A member asked:

My thighs+areas behind my knees sweat when i sleep at night (for about a year already). i get sweaty by 6 am. what's wrong with me? i'm 26, female

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dysautonomia: Sweating is a result of messages that go from the lower brain via the autonomic (automatic) nervous system. If this is compromised, it becomes unbalanced and sweating for no good reason may be the result. If sugar figures high in your diet, try stopping it, also sweeteners candies, ice cream diet drinks etrc.
