Can gallbladder dysfunction cause a fever of 100.0?

Possibly: Inflammation by obstruction or irritation by stones can produce low-grade fever. Simple dysfunction as determined by testing usually does not produce fever.

Fever: Low grade temp can be from many causes. If you have an infected gallbladder then yes that could be a source of fever. If you have pain in the area that points more towards the gallbladder to.
