Why need to? : You said that you are in great shape and your diet is good, i would not change that. Adding chemical to gain muscle that is not naturally supported by your body, you will lose it after going off the chemical. You can add more wt training to gain some muscle without chemicals/drugs. It sounds like you're doing great at 46, i would not change that--keep up the good work. See doc regularly. Good luck.
