Tip of the iceberg: You may well have raynaud's but this may just be a symptom of a larger picture. You may have something else as well. You need further testing to rule out a collagen vascular disease such as lupus or sjogrens.

Raynaud's: Why were you tested? Raynaud's may not have any positive lab studies. If associated with scleroderma a scl 70 would likely be positive. A positive rnp would suggest mixed connective tissue disease. Raynaud's can also be unrelated to a connective tissue disease. Sometimes raynaud's is related to peripheral vascular disease. It can be a side effect of medications such as beta blockers.
