Yes, it is possible!: Knee problems will make you walk differently & cause pain in other joints &/or muscles. The question to ask is: what's causing your knee pain? If your knees aren't too damaged from arthritic changes then a thorough biomechanical evaluation by a podiatrist/chiropractor or physical therapist can find any weakness or imbalance & treat the underlying cause. Rx. Foot orthotics might be necessary.
