Sure: Particularly if there is is pronation of the ankle joint region... This would look like a flatfoot...This causes increases pressure on the medial or inner ankle...

Ankle knee: Absolutely. With excess pronation as dr kass said there is inside or medial pressure on the knee. See your podiatrist for help.
