My 15 year old son has a problem with his right foot. when he rotates his foot 360 degrees it clicks badly and he cant bend it easily. his right knee also has the same clicking when he bends it. it isnt painful ?

Adhesions: Sometimes there may be adhesions following an injury or inflammation. His decreased movement of the right foot warrants further diagnostic evaluation. A radiograph may be useful. If his right knee is not swollen, without a history of injury, probably can be observed. Watch for signs of swelling, inability to bear weight, redness and other joint involvement. .
