Check TN: Could have some symptoms of trigeminal neuralgia, if it is on one side. Also could be a sinus or tooth infection. See a dr. Asap to determine with a history and exam.

Headache: The fact the pain is around the eye and heat helps suggest it could be a sinusitis. Other symptoms could be some nausea or dizziness. If you have these symptoms as well then get it checked by your doctor for the right diagnosis and treatment.
