A 32-year-old male asked:
What are the reasons for getting blood pressure in earlier?

Bp : I presume you mean getting BP in control earlier. The longer one has high blood pressure the more damage is done to the vasculature and the greater chance for stroke, heart attack and kidney failure. If the BP is controlled, the risk diminishes significantly.

BP normally fluctuat: BP is expected to go up and down all day...It is normal. But it should stay in the normal range. This means an upper value(systolic) to be between 100 to 130mm and lower reading(diastolic) to be between 70-80mm. If the BP is getting past 140/85, then you are likely to be needing medication for high BP from your doctor. Any readings above 140/90 are indications for starting medication.
