Call doc/ER: Multiple causes. Some very serious. Have it checked immediately. Common causes of acute pain over liver include gallstone disease and hepatitis. Others are less common but more serious: pneumonia in the right lower lung, pulmonary embolus (blood clot), perforated ulcer. In any case - have it checked right away.
