Chest pain: Chest pain and shortness of breath means you need to go to an emergency room now. There are lots of possible causes including coronary artery disease, pneumonia, pericarditis, pneumothorax, gastroesophageal reflux disease, costochondritis, rib fracture, panic attack, anxiety... The list keeps going. You need to see a doctor.
