OCD vs OCPD: Ocpd is a personality structure characterized by certain dysfunctional beliefs, hoarding, extreme "moral" views, problems relating and more. Not the same as ocd, but often related. Thrapists with skill in this area are best. Psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches can be effective. The person needs to come to realize that they have a problem and commit to treatment.
