Depends: This depends on many factors. Of patients like yourself, more than half will deliver vaginally. That being said there is a significant risk that you will have another cesarean section. The catastrophic risk of uterine rupture also exists and is on the order of 1%. For a full evaluation of your risk see your obstetrician.

Not very high.: Go to: https://mfmu.Bsc.Gwu.Edu/publicbsc/mfmu/vgbirthcalc/vagbirth.Html on the basis of the information you provide your chance of successful trial of labor (vbac) would range between 45-62%, depending on your race/ethnicity. I would prefer pre-labor repeat c-section if your chance of vbac is <65%, especially if you are not planning to have any more pregnancies. Talk to your obstetrician!
