Depends: This depends on many factors. Of patients like yourself, more than half will deliver vaginally. That being said there is a significant risk that you will have another cesarean section. The catastrophic risk of uterine rupture also exists and is on the order of 1%. For a full evaluation of your risk see your obstetrician.

I would prefer pre-labor repeat c-section if your chance of vbac is <65%, especially if you are not planning to have any more pregnancies. Talk to your obstetrician!
