Maybe: When/if you were to carry a pregnancy to a healthier outcome a dual setup might be an option. This is where the delivery is done in a center where you can be immediately moved into a standby operating room where a team is already on call to do the c-section if a problem is encountered. A lot depends on pelvic outlet/baby size & factors the OB must judge at the time.

VBAC X2: Agree with Dr F. However this would be risky, obsterician's judgement at time of labor or even prior is important, one of the factors is you had 2 cs before not on a full term baby, besides type of incision, how the uterus healed, and other factors in the passages (pelvis) , passenger (baby) and powers (uterine contractions) , wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
