Clotting problem : It is worthwhile consulting your doctor as clotting problems (such as hemophilia) can present with symptoms such as severe nosebleeds, bleeding into joints and bleeding when brushing teeth. Regular bruises on the legs and mild nosebleeds are otherwise common in healthy kids. Blood tests can be ordered by your doctor to get things checked out.
