Check up time: She's probably fine, just a normal, active 5 year old. However, she should get a check up and a blood test to be sure. Make sure she eats plenty of phytonutrient dense foods (that means vegetables and fruit). Vitamin c is one vitamin important in prevention of bruising. Iron and zinc are a couple others.
