What would cause little white worm like things to appear all over (eyelids, inside nose ans mouth, skin, legs, arms....) causing bruising and tenderness in parts of.leg and arms, and little red bites?

Scabies: Could be scabies but whatever it is i'd recommend getting checked out right away.
