Could: 180 degree with -0.50(+0.50 @90) means you have with the role astigmatism. As we age the eye lid gets heavier and changes the cornea and eventually the person will have against the role astigmatism -0.50 @90 or +0.50@180). This means with age the astigmatism will balance off.
