Does having osgood-schlatter disease stop you from growing?

No, can be painful: Osgood-schlatters disease is a result of growing fast enough so as to disallow the tibial tubercle to unite with the rest of the leg bone (tibia) during periods of excessive loading. Fragment excision (arthroscopic in my hands) can rid one's knee of the anterior kneeling pain if necessary.
