Joint stiffness: These symptoms are common with infections/ inflammation. Viral/ bacterial/rickettsial/ parasites can cause these symptoms. Viral illnesses are the most common etiology. Other causes may include rheumatological causes/auto-immune diseases, inflammation following infections but are less common.
