See a doctor: And do this quickly or go to an emergency room. Neck pain, headache and fever suggest central nervous system infection and you need to be evaluated by a professional soon. Please go asap and hope you are better soon.

Hard to say: There are some conditions, such as a viral infection, that can cause aches and pain in the neck, nausea and fever. There are also serious and even life threatening conditions that can cause similar symptoms such as meningitis. You should probably be checked. Thank you for your question.
