See a dentist: If you have a toothache then it is essential to see a dentist to have the problem treated. Anything you do will simply be palliative in nature (treating the symptoms but not eliminating the problem).

Pain is a good!: Especially with teeth but true with the whole body in general. Pain is a good indicator something is wrong. You put your hand in a fire, it hurts, you pull it out, further damage averted! your tooth is no different, pain usually means you have issues that needs attention and should not be ignored. Please find a dentist to help you, the pain will likely get worse till you do.

NSAIDs and/or cloves: Non steroidal anti inflammatories will begin to help. If it is an exposed nerve the cloves can help, but unless you get it fixed by your dentist it will just get worse and cause other problems.

None: Pain is your bodies way of telling you that there's something wrong. Toothache usually from infection (cavity) that has damaged the nerve of the tooth and is now spreading into your jawbone and, via your circulatory system, to the rest of your body. You cannot fix this yourself. It will not self-correct. Call a pro, a dentist, and get this tended before it becomes a severe emergency or worse.
