Absolutely : Individuals with eating disorders will take drastic measures in order to lose weight. Suppositories can be used as cathartics which may cause near immediate weight loss. Other means of weight loss include use of diuretics (water pills), purging after eating, and intake restriction. Look for other signs and symptoms before rendering an opinion. There are other causes of chronic suppository use.
