1-5: 1-5 follicles in a healthy young woman on Clomiphene is common.

Usually one: One dominant follicle is usual. These follicles are larger at maturity than in a natural cycle, and the per-cycle probability of pregnancy is also increased. Two mature follicles is also common. Much less often a woman may consistently show 4-5-even-6 follicles on ultrasound. Interestingly, at least in my clinical experience, these women rarely conceive on clomid (clomiphene).
