On the white of the eye. This usually represents a broken capillary on the globe surface that broke & leaked blood after a cough or sneeze. It may take a week or more to fade given the minimal number of capillaries in the area to carry away the stain. If you're concerned this may not be it an exam would tell. During regular office hours.
