No connection: Geographic tongue is a completely benign condition where small finger like projections on the tongue surface disappear in patches. Some think its related to a b complex deficiency. Are you deficient? If not, and you don't think the shots are helpful, then stop. I usually just reassure the patient that ths is harmless, but if there is pain sometimes a steroid cream helps. Rash not related.

Eval needed: Geographic tongue is completely benign , not related to vitamins deficiency and does not need treatment. The rash on your wrists is not related to geographic tongue. Talk to the physician that is treating you for your B12 deficiency about your symptoms.
