Something about my vision is off, is it possible that i scratch my cornea?

Unlikely: If you had a scratched cornea the first thing i would expect you to tell me about is a painful eye with tearing and decreased vision. "something off" in the vision of a 29 year-old is most likely a refractive error, but you should be seen by your eye md for a full evaluation to get an answer that is based on fact and not just a best guess.
