Corneal abrasion: Depending on how large the scratch (corneal abrasion) is, and whether the scratch is in the central cornea or peripheral cornea, the vision may take several days to recover. You should be seen by an ophthalmologist, especially since, there is a small chance that you could be developing a corneal ulcer, which is a secondary infection caused by the scratch.
